A new study suggests that working long hours may increase the risk of affecting mental health and even dementia. The researchers say key factors could include increased sleeping problems, depression, an unhealthy lifestyle and a raised risk of cardiovascular disease, possibly linked to stress.
The American Journal of Epidemiology study found hard workers had problems with short-term memory and word recall.
So, if you know someone that works too hard, why not get them a gift to relieve some stress or stimulate the mind? Below are some suggestions:
